Air India is all set to introduce its fifth flight service from Pantnagar, the only airport in US Nagar, to Delhi on December 18. The airline is also planning to introduce a flight between Delhi and Pithoragarh via Pantnagar.
At present, Alliance Air aviation company, a sister-concern of Air India, is operating four flights from Delhi to Pantnagar. However, there are no services on Sundays.
According to Alliance Air station in-charge at Pantnagar, Tapan Paul, four flights are operating between Pantnagar and Delhi.
