Visakhapatnam: The timings for operation of scheduled commercial aircrafts at Visakhapatnam International Airport have been changed from Tuesday (January 26) to February 7 to facilitate conduct of rehearsals and exercises by the Indian Navy as part of the forthcoming International Fleet Review (IFR).
“The operation of scheduled flights would be suspended for about three hours a day during different timings on each of the above days. The airline operators have already informed their passengers about the changes in the schedules of their flights on those days and also posted the same on their websites,” Airport Director Vinod Sharma said on Monday.
Passengers can also contact the individual airline operator if they need any further clarification on the arrival/departure of their flights.
