GoAir's Fog helpline launched

GoAir announced its Fog Helpline to help passengers get flight details and cancellation information due to inclement weather conditions during the winter season. This helpline number 1-800-223-001 is toll free and will go live on the 14th of December, 2006. This is in addition to the already existing outgoing calls and sms that GoAir sends to its customers to inform them on flight delays and cancellations.
Commenting on the occasion Mr. Jeh Wadia Managing Director, GoAir said, ?Convenience and customer satisfaction has been of prime concern for us and especially in this season where visibility factors affect the punctuality of flights. This helpline will be an added benefit to our passengers to give them complete information on their flight status.
